Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle

The session is organized in-person with audiovisual equipment and whiteboards or flipcharts for exercises, reflection and discussion .
For remote leaarning, we use a plateform that supports screen sharing and virtual whiteboards .

The different modules are based on a PowerPoint presentation and are also supported by a resource database that serves as a cultural reference for the training, accessible throught a secure, dedicated cloud plateform .

Sharing experiences

Provision of a resource kit

Diagnostic : Self-assessment case study at the begining and end of the internship .

Formative : Self-assessment through practical cases and exercises .

Summative : Individual presentation exercise in front of peers .
Each exercise will be followed by a debrief and feedback from the intructor as part of the summative evaluation in the internship .
